Syndromic Syndromic Surveillance.  This data originates from an ADT message that is de-identified and routed on to CDC/Essence for use by the North Dakota Department of Health epidemiologists to monitor and surveil for outbreaks.
TRN Provider notes - see MDM definition
Vitals Segment in HL7 that can be used to send vital information.
VXU 1.4 Immunization Data. VXU stands for ‘Unsolicited Vaccination Record Update.’ This data originates from the administration of an immunization.  1.4 refers to the version of the VXU messages being sent.
VXU 1.5 Immunization Data. VXU stands for ‘Unsolicited Vaccination Record Update.’ This data originates from the administration of an immunization.  1.5 refers to the version of VXU messages being sent.
VXU Direct Connect Participants who connect and report immunization data directly to NDIIS. NDHIN has no involvement in this type of connection.
